We offer sound baths — a guided journey where soothing sounds from crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, and other instruments promote deep relaxation. Sessions often include Yoga Nidra, a restful meditation practice that allows you to unwind and recharge, even if you’ve never meditated before. Whether you’re seeking stress relief, better sleep, or simply time to pause, Joy House Sound is an accessible way to find more peace in your everyday life.

Self-Care Sundays at Joy House are a day retreat designed to help you reset, recharge, and reconnect with yourself. Through yoga, sound healing, guided meditation, and insightful discussions, you’ll experience deep relaxation and renewal—all in a supportive, nourishing space.

Each retreat features a guest speaker, offering wisdom on topics like mindfulness, abundance, and personal growth, so you leave not only feeling refreshed but also inspired with new perspectives and tools for everyday life. Taking a full day for self-care allows you to step away from stress, gain clarity, and restore balance in both body and mind.
